Servotech Renewable Power System has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Haryana Enterprises Promotion Centre (HEPC), Department of Industries & Commerce, Government of Haryana, to significantly expand its renewable energy manufacturing and warehousing operations in the state with a proposed investment of ₹400 crore.
The investment, which will be implemented in phases over the next 24 to 36 months, is expected to create nearly 500 direct and indirect employment opportunities, further strengthening Haryana’s growing position as a major industrial and clean-energy manufacturing hub.
The MoU was signed during the launch of the ‘Make in Haryana’ Industrial Policy 2026 in Gurugram on June 1, 2026, in the presence of Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini. The event also witnessed the unveiling of nine sectoral policies aimed at attracting industrial and sustainable energy investments into the state.
Under the agreement, Servotech Renewable and HEPC will collaborate to facilitate the company’s expansion plans by providing support for smooth implementation and ease of doing business. The proposed expansion will focus on scaling manufacturing capacity in key clean-energy segments including EV chargers, solar products, battery packs, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and power electronics.
The company stated that the investment aligns with Haryana’s industrial policy priorities and is expected to improve operational efficiencies, enhance domestic manufacturing capabilities, support import substitution, and strengthen Servotech’s ability to cater to rising domestic and export demand. The specific project location within Haryana is currently under evaluation.
Commenting on the development, Raman Bhatia, Managing Director of Servotech Renewable Power System, said Haryana has emerged as one of India’s most progressive investment destinations and that the new industrial policy reflects the state’s strong commitment towards industrial growth, clean-energy manufacturing, and innovation.
“We are delighted to partner with the Government of Haryana. Our proposed ₹400 crore investment aligns with Servotech’s long-term vision of scaling renewable energy manufacturing capabilities and is a meaningful step towards our stated ambition of reaching ₹1,500 crore in revenue by FY2027,” Bhatia said.
The collaboration is expected to contribute significantly to Haryana’s clean-energy ecosystem while supporting India’s broader renewable energy and sustainable manufacturing ambitions.
