Rajesh Power reports strong FY26 growth on execution excellence

Rajesh Power Services Limited (RPSL) has delivered a strong financial performance for the second half and full year of FY26, driven by efficient project execution, operational discipline and a diversified order book, according to its latest financial results.

The company reported a significant year-on-year growth in revenue and profitability. For FY26, revenue from operations surged by 51.85% to ₹1,627.94 crore, compared to ₹1,072.07 crore in FY25. Total income also rose by 51.68% to ₹1,633.41 crore. The second half of FY26 mirrored this growth trajectory, with revenue increasing by over 30% year-on-year to ₹990.12 crore.

Operational performance remained robust, with EBITDA (excluding other income) rising 59.14% year-on-year to ₹197.16 crore for the full year. EBITDA margins improved to 12.11% from 11.56% in the previous year, reflecting enhanced efficiency. Profit after tax (PAT) grew by 48.19% to ₹143.20 crore, underscoring the company’s strong bottom-line performance.

Commenting on the results, Managing Director Kurang Panchal described FY26 as a milestone year for the company. He attributed the growth to timely project execution, operational efficiencies and a well-diversified order book. Panchal also highlighted favourable policy support in India’s power transmission and distribution sector as a key enabler for sustained growth.

Looking ahead, the company is optimistic about future prospects, supported by its expanding capabilities across transmission, distribution and emerging segments such as energy storage. This strategic diversification is expected to strengthen its long-term growth trajectory.
